We are passionate not only about the cosmetic laser business, but the numerous people that it serves. Our motto – Well Being Through Technology – is at the heart of our day-to-day business and all of our aspirations. For that reason, we have supported various non-profit organizations around the globe. Last year we supported the National Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation; and this year we want to put our cosmetic lasers to work to do it again.
Here’s the story: Radiation therapist routinely mark patients with tattoos in order to accurately target the treatment area. A breast cancer survivor is left with therapy tattoos. Beginning October 1st, if you are a breast cancer survivor whose course of treatment has been completed, and if your oncologist approves of your decision to have your therapy tattoos removed, Alma Lasers will help you find a local qualified provider offering laser tattoo removal. The service is free and available during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month only.
Alma Lasers providers will use the Harmony cosmetic laser system with the Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser, long thought of as the most reliable laser for effective laser tattoo removal. You can read more about the Declare Your Freedom project as well as find a provider here – Declare Your Freedom!
Honestly, we want as many people as possible to benefit from this program. It’s important, therefore, that you spread the word. Tell your friends, tell your coworkers and tell your patients. Ask them to do the same. Give us a Like on Facebook and retweet our Tweets to your followers on Twitter. Let’s join together to help as many people as we can to Declare their Freedom this October.
