National Breast Cancer Awareness Month begins October 1st. The Alma Community Network is putting cosmetic lasers to work all over the country in honor of this organization and the communities it serves. Here’s the story: radiation therapists often mark patients with permanent tattoos to accurately target treatment areas. When the cancer is gone, the tattoo remains. So in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Alma Community network will help qualified* breast cancer survivors find a local provider offering laser tattoo removal – free of charge.
We’d like to take a moment today and brag about one of the many locations participating in this great endeavor – Bellezza Laser Aesthetics, Grand Junction, Colorado.

The Bellezza team prides itself on offering leading-edge technology to safely enhance natural beauty through non-invasive, in-office treatments. It’s more than a catchy slogan. It’s Bellezza’s promise and commitment to the people of Grand Junction, Colorado and the surrounding area. With a mission statement like that it’s no surprise that Bellezza Laser Aesthetics has been an Alma Lasers partner for many years. Nor is it a surprise that the cosmetic lasers at Bellezza will be hard at work this October helping breast cancer survivors.
Erin Larson, Bellezza’s head laser specialist, had this to say about the project:
“We view breast cancer survivors as true heroes and it’s an honor for us to participate.”
From all of us at Alma Lasers to Erin Larson, Dr. Scott Rollins and the entire Bellezza team, we say thank you.

We are passionate not only about the cosmetic laser business, but the numerous people that it serves. Our motto – Well Being Through Technology – is at the heart of our day-to-day business and all of our aspirations. For that reason, we have supported various non-profit organizations around the globe. Last year we supported the National Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation; and this year we want to put our cosmetic lasers to work to do it again.
Honestly, we want as many people as possible to benefit from this program. It’s important, therefore, that you spread the word. Tell your friends, tell your coworkers and tell your patients. Ask them to do the same. Give us a Like on
In yesterday’s post, we explored laser tattoo removal and the trend of job seekers turning to aesthetic lasers to remove visible tattoos and improve their chances of securing employment. Today we’ll further explore how adding laser tattoo removal to your aesthetic laser practice can benefit your business and help this group of people. It goes without saying that short and long-term profitability is the first factor to consider.
